The Ultraframe Ultra Installer Scheme continues to go from strength to strength, with seven new members coming on board over the last month. The innovative scheme which was the first of its kind in the industry, offers reputable installation companies the chance to gain an independent 3rd party accreditation and enjoy a host of benefits from Ultraframe such as quality sales leads and exclusive access to retail literature.
The Scheme has been running since 2003 and now includes members all over the UK, including Scotland and Northern Ireland. In fact, interest in the Scheme has been so high of late, that there are now waiting lists in many areas of the country.
Mark Hanson, Ultra Installer Scheme Manager, commented: “Consumer confidence is very low right now as we are all feeling the effects of the well documented ‘credit crunch’, and so anything we can do to provide peace of mind to a potential conservatory buyer is a great help to our members. All of our Ultra Installers undergo ongoing independent inspections, as well as attending training at the Ultraframe School of Excellence and are all top-end companies who we believe will offer a positive buying experience to homeowners. As the Scheme has developed, its reputation has spread throughout the industry and the recent influx of new members and the waiting lists that are now in operation around the country demonstrate the power of initiatives such as this.”
Applicants to the Scheme have to undergo a thorough inspection by the BBA which covers:
• Enquiry handling
• The sales process
• Installation skills
• After sales service
References from past customers are also checked and this accreditation process continues throughout membership. All members have their own page within the inspirational Ultraframe consumer website (www.ultraframe-conservatories.co.uk) which also features a postcode search facility and information about the ongoing inspections on members.

Ultraframe continue to invest in the Scheme for members, with an ongoing Pay per Click campaign via Google, which is currently generating over 500 leads per month. The Ultraframe website has also been re-built to ensure it is fully optimised for search engines, demonstrating Ultraframe’s ongoing commitment to assisting members to build their business – all the more important during tough times.
