From a tired old conservatory to a bright, modern family hup!

When Mr & Mrs Maitland decided it was time to replace their conservatory, the reason was simple: the existing space was no longer working for modern family life. At more than 30 years old, it leaked, felt freezing in winter, overheated in summer and had become dated in both appearance and performance.

Internally, the finished scheme feels calm and cohesive, with soft neutral tones, herringbone flooring and a carefully considered layout that gives the family a generous central living space alongside a stylish kitchen island and dining area. 

Externally, the rendered walls, clean rooflines, and glazing give the new structure a crisp, high-quality appearance.
