Social Media Executive

Location: Clitheroe, Lancashire
Contract Type: Permanent – 37.5hrs/week
Salary: £22k – 24k

As we seek to develop and grow our B2B and B2C social media presence across key brands, we are looking for a talented social media executive to join our marketing team in Clitheroe.

The role will allow you to take ownership of all social media channels, so you’ll have an in-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences, you understand platform best practice to deliver account growth, post engagement and will understand how to use social media channels to deliver on commercial objectives.

You’ll be comfortable communicating to B2B and B2C audiences, developing the required graphics and basic video content and have the ability to interpret trends and data to draw actionable insights to optimise performance. Experience of working on paid social lead generation campaigns is desirable but not essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced in-house marketing team reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager where you will play a crucial role in the delivery of key business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all B2B and B2C social media platforms.
  • Create and deliver engaging content across all platforms.
  • Take ownership of account growth and content reach.
  • Create graphics and basic video content.
  • Deliver and maintain national paid social campaigns.
  • Oversee all contact with followers via comments and messages.
  • Engage with members of relevant groups to prompt discussion.
  • Pro-actively follow up on interest shown in our products.
  • Increase awareness, drive website traffic and lead generation.
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities.
  • Report on performance.
