Ultraframe are market leaders in the design and manufacture of conservatory and home extension products. We are now seeking to appoint a Technical Sales Administrator to work in our Customer Service Team at Ultraframe in Clitheroe.
You will be part of a busy, enthusiastic team responsible for all customer transactions for our bespoke glazed extension products. You will be generating parts quotes, processing orders and be a source of information on order progression. The ability to work with speed, accuracy and attention to detail in a busy environment is essential.
The role is customer facing and you will need the ability to communicate confidently with customers and colleagues. Computer literacy is desirable as you will be working with our in-house IT applications together with MS Office and Sage. The ability to prioritise work, make own decisions and learn new skills is key, together with a problem solving mind set. Ideally you will have experience in sales administration and order processing but full training will be provided. Experience of the construction industry, practical or theory would be advantageous but again is not essential.
You will strive to deliver excellent customer service, and have a high level of administrative aptitude and a keen attention to detail, vital within a busy sales environment.

Following significant investment in plant and machinery we are now seeking to appoint machine and assembly operatives across various product cells. Whilst experience of working in a manufacturing environment is desirable, full training will be given. A range of roles are available up to qualified bench joiner level.
