Brand Manager

We are looking for a someone who has proven to deliver results in a B2B or B2C role, ideally both.

Working with a copywriter, graphic designer, CGI artist and a digital marketing manager this role involves delivering sales ready trade leads for the business and super-charging our retail customers with world class marketing materials and tools. The role will also involve the development of a new brand and marketing strategy that will be critical to the future growth of the company.  The role also involves working close with R&D to understand how to bring the technical benefits of our product to life for both trade customers and consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of targeted ‘sales ready lead’ campaigns touching potential customers across multiple B2B platforms
  • Keep our products top of mind with our current customers driving penetration of our full roof offering
  • Develop a set of video assets for trade and consumer
  • Manage the Ultraframe marketing budget and KPI tracking
  • Working with our preferred agency, further develop our customer toolbox with a focus on helping them sell remotely and increasing the conversion from appointment to sale.
  • Develop the brand strategy for our new flat packed extension brand and execute brand building activities with excellence with both the trade and consumers.
  • Ensure all technical materials are up to date for all Ultraframe brands
  • Ensure all product and technical changes are communicated effectively with customers
  • Grow our network of preferred local Ultra Installers who we pass leads to
  • Launch all new products flawlessly with both trade and consumer marketing


Our work is a mix of B2B and B2C, and so someone who can communicate with the trade and the consumer is the ideal candidate. You will be joining an established ‘in house’ marketing team where creativity is as important as delivery. We are a fast- paced agile team and often need to flow to the work as priorities change. No day is ever the same, so will suit someone who can multi-task, gets stuck in and loves variety in their work. We’re looking for an all rounder who can get on with most marketing tasks offline and online. Someone who has proven they can turn technical products into engaging marketing materials would be an asset.
