Ultra Installer Scheme - More Important than Ever Before

Over the last 6 weeks, four new members have been accepted onto the Ultra Installer Scheme, the industry’s elite accreditation Scheme, operated by Ultraframe. With installation companies having to fight harder for each sale than ever before, it is more important than ever that installation companies are equipped with tools such as independent accreditations, to allow them to compete on something other than price, and reassure consumers that their hard earned cash will be wisely spent by ordering a conservatory with them. 

 

The Ultra Installer Scheme was established in 2003 and aims to give consumers peace of mind, by helping them to find a reputable and independently accredited company to fit their installer. Inspections are carried out on applicants and then throughout membership, and cover everything from checking methods employed during the sales process, survey, installation and after sales. Samples of homeowner references are also checked to ensure that applicants have a strong track record of providing customer service excellence and both the inspections and reference checks are maintained throughout membership to maintain the high standards of the Scheme.

Members receive leads that are generated through the Ultraframe website and call centre and also have their own page within the Ultraframe site.
