Recently had a new front door and side windows installed with Abbey. The team were lovely from initial visit, showing us product options and visiting the showroom to pick colours. The installation was quick and easy, our installer T was friendly and professional. Cleaned up everything after and had great attention to detail.

From entering the very well presented showroom, I felt welcomed. I enquired about a new door and was provided with the different options. The sales gentleman configured the door online and provided a copy of the illustrated door. There was no pushy sale, the interaction was all very polite and professional. What really impressed me is when I had some questions/doubts over the door I was considering and I phoned in, Nathan really took the time to explain away my concerns on more than one occasion. I placed my order, the door was installed on the day and at the time promised. The installers were professional, personable, and neat. I would definitely use Radley again, and highly recommend them. It had been a six month search, visiting various showrooms and this company just stood out from the rest and have a lot to be proud about. Thanks Radley for your exemplary service!!!

Ben Jackson arrived to fit a new front door. Having spent considerable time with the front door stuck/jammed/refusing to open; of course it opened when Ben tried it.......
The work carried out was precise and professional. Ben constantly went back, checking levels and measurements. The area was cleaned with no mess left when the job was completed. I would recommend Keswick Superglaze

We had 13 windows, a new front door, a large set of rear bi-folding doors and a Loggia conservatory roof replaced by DL Windows.
Firstly the pre- installation: What we liked was the zero pressure, professional service offered by both the Windows team, and the Conservatory team when discussing the options. Pricing was also competitive. The Surveyor was quickly onsite to complete the measuring once we confirmed the go ahead.
Communication between the team and ourselves was excellent throughout the order period and installation was actually available ahead of the date first discussed which suited us.
Conservatory Roof : Kieran and Andy were the fitting team and they completed the job in just 5 days. Replacing the old glass roof has made a huge difference. They took time to explain each aspect of what they were doing and work was carried out to an amazing standard. As a team, they deserve a special mention
Windows: The Windows took just a couple of days to install and likewise the team fitting them did a great job
Everything was cleared away and left in a perfect state by both teams - You wouldn't even know they had been on site
Payment: Sylvia and the accounts team are a pleasure to deal with and confirmation of payments was swift and in writing
Post Installation: We had a couple of very small snags to clear up after the Fitters had gone (one set of window hinges needed replacing), but Adrian at the Head Office sorted this very quickly and now everything is just as it should be.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend D&L Windows as the whole process from the initial contact to final sign off was seamless - Many thanks to everyone at D&L for a thoroughly professional job!

This company has been exceptional from our first phone call enquiry and then visiting there showroom. All the staff that we encountered have been extremely professional, helpful, polite and friendly. Jake spent hours with us designing the door as my wife couldn't make her mind up of which door to purchase and kept changing her mind, however Jake was exceptional and did us proud when finally we chose the correct door for us. The buying process and fitting went extremely smoothly and we are now the proud owners of our new great front door. We would definitely recommend this company and to prove this we are now in the process of purchasing new windows. If you are thinking of making any home renovations you will not go wrong dealing with this company.

Fantastic service from start to finish from Bluemanor windows. Right from walking into the showroom and meeting Connor, through his visit for an initial assessment in our home. There was no pressure and we really felt listened to and understood. Sammy and Ruby in the office were great with communication in the early stages and throughout. We benefitted from a much quicker installation than we had originally thought due to a cancellation. Anthony and Austin came round to fit the windows and doors. They turned up at the expected time, were very polite and really attentive to detail, taking care to keep everything clean and tidy, keeping us informed all through the process. Disruption was kept to a minimum and the guys worked quickly but always diligently.
Very highly recommended, Bluemanor will be my first port of call for any windows, doors, fascias and when I can save enough pennies for a conservatory or extension

Kevin and the guys at Richard Thomas transformed are cluttered garage into a beautiful bedroom and utility room. Everything was done to a high standard and nothing was to much to ask for. Even when things came up that were unexpected these guys sorted it straight out. All the guys were on time and very pleasant. I would 100% recommend them and I will be going back to them when we plan on doing more work to the house :)

Fantastic fitting service from Andy and Ben who excelled in what they did and left a product better than my expectations and actually much smarter than the excellent showroom. Highly recommended.

We finally replaced our 35+ year old double glazing! What a difference house! The house is so much warmer and quieter now too. A1 service from quote to completion and we were very happy with the price quoted especially given the ever increasing cost of materials…..We’ve used KSG many times over the years and have never been disappointed. They won’t be the cheapest out there but you do get what you pay for👍🏻

This is the first time I have used Bluemanor and will certainly be using them again in the future. The sales person, Connor, was polite, didn't give the hard sell, listened to what we wanted, and was very quick to respond. The installation went well and we love the look of our new door, it's perfect. Highly recommended if you are looking to replace windows and doors. The price was very competitive as well.
