There is algae growing in the flutes of my polycarbonate roof glazin

Solution:

Polycarbonate is slightly hydroscopic. Warm moist air migrates through from the inside until it condenses in the flutes when it meets colder air. Algae can then grow on this moisture.

The key way to deal with this issue is to reduce moisture generation within the conservatory. If the algae is well established the solution is to replace the glazing panels.
