We have used Radley numerous times for replacement windows, doors and a porch. Each time their service has been exemplary, from pre-sales advice through to installation. Nathan and his team have always been polite, friendly and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Radley if you are looking for doors, windows, porches or a conservatory. A thoroughly deserved 5 star rating.

Radley replaced all of our existing windows as well as providing ones for a new extension. Their input was professional, courteous and thorough, always keeping us informed of the progress of our order and meeting their arranged installation dates. Minor post installation tweaks that were needed were rapidly dealt with. Their whole team were helpful and indulgent.

From entering the very well presented showroom, I felt welcomed. I enquired about a new door and was provided with the different options. The sales gentleman configured the door online and provided a copy of the illustrated door. There was no pushy sale, the interaction was all very polite and professional. What really impressed me is when I had some questions/doubts over the door I was considering and I phoned in, Nathan really took the time to explain away my concerns on more than one occasion. I placed my order, the door was installed on the day and at the time promised. The installers were professional, personable, and neat. I would definitely use Radley again, and highly recommend them. It had been a six month search, visiting various showrooms and this company just stood out from the rest and have a lot to be proud about. Thanks Radley for your exemplary service!!!

My front door was not closing correctly, Radley came and fixed it very quickly and very competitive with the cost to repair. I will be going back to them to replace my windows and patio doors this year hopefully.

I cannot fault the service Nathan and his team gave me when our Conservatory roof leaked. He visited on 2 occasions until problem solved. Very polite and reasonable priced. Definitely will contact again with any other conservatory problems.

Radley have just fitted a new bedroom window for me. This is the second time I’ve used Radley and they were extremely helpful, very reasonably priced, professional, responsive and I couldn’t be more pleased with my new window. The window fitter arrived on time and fitted the window swiftly. He left the work area clean and tidy. I will be asking them to quote for another window and a door next! Absolutely recommended.

Stephen and his team fitted new windows and doors to our home in Calvert Green. Exceptional care and attention taken, the windows are really high quality and Stephen simply couldn’t have done anymore to ensure we were happy with our new windows. We recently had our Windows replaced by Nathan and his team at Radley Windows. The service was superb right from the point of quoting the the job being complete. Having heard horror story's about needing to replaster and fully decorated window areas it was all relief when in fact all we had to do was touch up areas where blinds had been hanging before. The guys that completed the fitting were very clear about what they were going to do whilst they were there and they kept the house and areas almost dust free. when calling in it was a pleasure to speak with the admin team, special mention to Monika who could not have done more to make sure we were happy. Superb Work guys, the house is warmer, looks smarter and we can hear so much less from outside now. Highly Recommend the team at Radley.

Excellent from sales through to fitting! Fantastic customer service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use Radley windows again in the future. They got us a quote within 10 minutes and turned up for installation at the exact time they told us they would. Having used another well known Window company in previous years who took 16 months to fit our new windows we had very low expectations- Radley however have been nothing but exceptional, Thank you!

Did a lovely job on our windows and door Colin and mark were lovely explained everything when fitting the windows and cleared everything away. After care is done well which is very important feel confident that if for any reason we do need them back there is no issues. Already a few neighbours along the road complimented how lovely the house looks now. Will be back using them in the future for the kitchen door when that needs replacement.
