A&A Windows fitted new windows and doors for us throughout our house around 18 months ago. Everyone we have dealt with at A&A have been exemplary, from their sales and support staff right through to their fitting team. We've had an extremely positive experience. I sometimes feel that when it comes to rating a company, you should view them not just on when things go well but when they don't and what approach the company takes to address issues. In this area, A&A gets a solid 10/10. We had two issues - one was after fitting one of the frosted windows on a door panel. It had a slight smudge inside the pane, nothing major but it didn't look right and it was clearly a manufacturing defect. They spotted it and we also flagged it during snagging. They had to order a new pane in but it came within a week. Absolutely no quibbles from A&A and they actively sought to fix any concern. We also had a latching/locking problem about a year after fitting with one of the windows upstairs. We let them know and next day they had someone out and it was fixed. They even apologised for not coming same day!! As I say, the quality of after care from A&A windows is excellent and would mean I would have no hesitation either ordering from them again or recommending them to a friend.

Had our windows and door fitted today by Tony, Kevin and Mitch. Great guys, really knowledgeable and helpful and super quick! Would just advise people to be prepared for a wait for the arrival of the windows due to delays (covid and Brexit) - we will be keeping that in mind when we contact A&A to replace the other windows in the house.

My partner and I have used A&A windows on our home and also for our business premises. We cannot fault them and they have proved professional and reliable and have done their very best during covid and adhered to all social distancing rules when working. They kept us updated on progress throughout and even made repairs to a couple of our existing windows for us which weren't fitted by themselves as a good will gesture whilst they carried out their work being honest by saying they did not need replacing and a quick repair would do the trick. The staff from sales and fitters to management have been courteous and friendly and have done their best during these difficult times. We will use A&A for any future projects and would recommend them to friends and family.

Provided a great installation from the A&A team. After visiting their showroom, I felt I was listened to and felt welcome. Was happy to welcome the installers into my home who have provided me with a beautiful Flush Door to match my Flush Sash Windows. All they asked in return from me was a cup of tea and a biscuit, and if they were lucky, they even got a slice of cake. Thank you A&A Windows for allowing me to enjoy the beauty of my garden.

So far so good! Went in today and spoke to Trent who was helpful which is rare! Best company I have found so far and will update review once ordered and fit has happened :) what I liked was that he showed two offers value and premium - felt no pressure! Drove a way to get here.
