We can’t recommend Strata enough. Everything has been perfect from start to finish. Andrew, salesman, was very knowledgeable and friendly and the quote didn't feel rushed. Every aspect of the process ran smoothly and the waiting time for installation wasn’t long at all! Andy and Steve did an amazing job installing the windows and they were very friendly. We’re very pleased with the job. We will definitely be using Strata again!

The Team at Strata have been excellent, John who sorted everything out was very helpful, he kept in contact continuously informing me of every stage. The fitting team Adam Carl Phil there were two other guys but I cannot remember their names. Thank you to all of you who were involved, they were cheerful happy and respected my property. They did everything efficient and professional. All a credit to the company. Thanks Guys Mark

First Class Experience Throughout! From my initial contact with Darren Bloor (Sales) I was very pleased with his honesty in answering the questions I posed and extremely knowledgeable too in helping me choose the correct replacement conservatory roof. We had a number of conversations before ordering - there was never any sales pressure - and the quote was very competitive from Strata versus alternative providers. Russ Mountford (Project Manager) was very accommodating with the installation date changes we made due to adverse weather on our initially scheduled date and further changes due to holidays. He was very friendly during the site survey - again answering my questions - and both courteous and prompt in responding to any requests made prior to installation. Andy & Steve (Fitters) arrived early to do the work and worked solidly throughout the day to get the roof watertight before leaving for the day. Both were very polite, friendly and meticulous in their work. They did an excellent job of fitting the replacement roof and left the site completely tidy. Not only did they seal and trim both inside and outside the conservatory - all prepped for my elective interior painting - but also fitted a wooden block in the roof to aid my light & fan installation. As per the title above, my whole experience with Strata was excellent throughout and I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again in the future.

Thank you for installing our double glazed windows ans patio door. They have totally transformed the house. The service has been excellent from start to finish. I would like to thank Carl and Adam who installed the windows. They were super, very professional experienced workers. They were very efficient, they did an excellent job. Thank you
