Fantastic service from the team at glevum. Had all my windows replaced and new french doors all great quality .. from the sales team to the fitting guys ,could not have asked for better service and treated my property with respect whilst fitting took place ..Had a couple of minor issues which have been sorted promptly . Previously had a conservatory from glevum too with no issues ..highly recommended

Had a great experience throughout the whole process of buying a new front door. The man that came to process the order was lovely and patient while we picked what we wanted and was always clear on price. The door was made much quicker than the estimate and had an fitting appointment promptly. On the day, the 2 work men arrived on time and were very quick fitting the door. The finish is really great and they cleaned up any mess they had made. Overall I would definitely recommend this company.

From the first contact via email to the fitting of the door everything went very smoothly and professionally. When our old PVA front door needed replacing we found our old, trusted fitter had retired. It was with some trepidation that we tried various companies to quote new door. I wanted a local company but not a one-man band. Because we wanted a good back up for any future problems. We are so pleased that we chose ‘Glevum Windows.’ The responses from the office were prompt. The salesman was very informed and helpful. The choice of doors was very good we chose a composite door which is a beautiful blue. The surveyor came on time and was friendly and efficient. Carl fitted the door he was great and was a pleasure to have fitting the door. We are so pleased with our new front door. And we are sure it will serve us for many years’

We chose Glevum Windows, Doors and Conservatories to replace the existing external front door and glass paneling in the porch and to replace an internal door that used to be an outside door before the porch was added. From the start we have had an absolutely first class service. Survey was completed to our satisfaction with all options (and alternatives) explained to us in full. When they came out to measure up, we had the opportunity to adjust our initial plan with advice from the Glevum representative. Come the day of the fitting all the work was completed to our absolutely satisfaction. The fitters were polite courteous and were diligent and professional throughout. Even when there was a small snag during the installation the matter was dealt with immediately on site and work was finished on the same day, subject to corrective action being taken. The issue regarding the snag was resolved amicably, professionally, swiftly and to our absolute satisfaction. Once corrected Glevum came out and finished the remaining element of the job. As a note the fitter who came to assess what need to be finished actually ended up completing the job on that visit, which was earlier than planned delighted. Throughout the whole process from start to finish Glevum Windows, Doors and Conservatories have communicated well updating us at every stage of the journey. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Special thanks to Lucy, Paul and the MD! You've done the company proud and yet again another Company proving that going local is sometimes better than going to bigger national providers.
