I had a fantastic experience with Concept Windows from start to finish. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The initial consultation was excellent they really took the time to understand what I wanted and helped me choose windows that I absolutely love while staying within my budget. The surveyor who came out to measure was amazing; he talked me through everything clearly, helped me make decisions, and made me feel confident throughout the process. The installation team were brilliant as well, tidy, clean, professional, and genuinely nice guys to have around. Even the lady on reception who called to arrange appointments and keep me updated was so helpful and friendly. They truly went above and beyond. They even replaced some fascia boards and guttering to ensure the finished result looked good, which hadn’t even been discussed beforehand. I honestly cannot recommend them enough and would absolutely use them again for future projects.

We were extremely happy with the whole process. Very helpful and responsive - but not pushy - salesman. Fair price for the job. Excellent teams of tradesmen all through the build and construction. One small issue during the project was resolved quickly and amicably. The build, construction and materials all seem of excellent quality. If I was doing this all over again I would definitely go to Concept Windows first. I'm not being sponsored by Concept Windows to write this. Genuine review, based on our conservatory which was completed in April 2026.

We had a very positive experience with Harvey and his team. Great costumer service and superb windows. We even asked to change something last minute and they were very accommodating. Harvey made sure to explain everything to us, the surveyor who came was lovely and the window fitters were great and made sure everything was left tidy and clean. Would highly recommend!! I had used Concept Windows 10 years earlier to do my windows. Now it was time for a new door. I chose to have a new composite door installed. Harvey in the Edgware showroom made the choice completely painless. The installer Paul went above and beyond and installed my new door to perfection. You get what you pay for. From start to finish the experience with Concept Windows was seamless yet again. Thank you so much team.

We were confident we had found the right company to carry out our new extension. The original plan/materials were changed and we had a few delays along the way, meaning the work wasn’t completed in the time frame we expected but we got there just before our kitchen delivery. Communication was good, dates were planned in advance so we could work around it. No receipts of payments were sent which we would have liked for our records on completion. The teams of guys were all great, very polite and took pride in their work. They all cleaned up best they could and left things tidy. No excessive noise or late finishes so neighbours were happy too. I would recommend to others and would happily have more work carried out by Concept.

Everyone from the concept team have been brilliant and really nice folks. I was never felt pressurised into making decisions or to sign any contracts and the prices i was quoted was reasonable.
