Having used Cardinal previously for erecting a conservatory had no hesitation in using them to change my windows and doors. From Ella in the showroom to Mark, installation manager and fitters Andy and H, all gave 100% to provide what I needed. Price and time scale from ordering to fitting was ideal. The fitters could not have been more efficient, tidy and friendly and did an excellent job. I rate this company as 5+ and would definitely use again and recommend them to anyone.

I can't thank Cardinal Home Improvements enough for the amazing conservatory transformation. Having researched many options to replace my old leaky conservatory roof, I contacted Steve who provided drawings and costings remotely, despite the pandemic. I felt reassured by the conversations we had and felt confident to go ahead with the replacement roof. The job was completed on time and with the minimum of fuss or delay. The conservatory has been transformed into a peaceful, relaxing space which can be used all year around! Thanks Steve, Elle and the team.

Cardinal Home Improvements have just completed a Living roof and window installation for which we are extremely pleased. These Guys are all very professional in their approach and installation. They were extremely clean and tidy workers and we were more than happy to leave them to carry out the installation whilst my wife had to go out on several occasions. The Living roof is fantastic and was installed the night of the worst storm I have ever seen in Bilston and there were no leaks even though it wasn't completed. I would totally recommend Cardinal Home Improvements to anyone and give our thanks to Steve and the team.

A brilliant experience from the first contact with Steve and his team until the end of the project. Professional, reliable, friendly and high quality workmanship throughout the whole project. The difference the extension has made to our house is amazing and we spend most of our time in there. Our house feels complete - we absolutely love it and we would and always recommend Cardinal every time!
