After waiting several weeks for a replacement glass unit for my mothers house, due to delays with measurements taken. Today the job was completed. Theresa in the office has been fantastic with communication while mum has been waiting, updating with the progress of the job. Austin came to check measurements last week one last time before the correct unit was finally produced. Austin has been back today with Luke and have fitted the unit, which they have done quickly and efficiently. 10 out of 10 lads.

The team have just completed our installation of windows and doors across the whole house (11 windows, 1 bay and 2 doors) in two days flat! The whole experience from the initial quote by Shannon to the efficient, clean, friendly and high quality installation by Anthony and Austin has been nothing short of incredible. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

A QUALITY COMPANY & A FABULOUS FRONT DOOR From the moment we stepped into their Showroom up until we stepped back to admire our new front door some weeks later, we never had a second of regret for choosing Bluemanor Windows. The warmth of welcome, politeness, efficiency and communication at all stages, without any pressure being brought to bear, were second to none. The fitting of the door was done perfectly by the cheerful Anthony & Austin, who worked splendidly as a team. They clearly knew their jobs and conducted each part of the operation cleanly, not wasting time but not rushing either. Every stage was checked before moving to the next step. They did not leave us until everything was cleared away and they had run through all the do's and dont's with us. We cannot recommend this wonderful family run business highly enough and without any doubts at all, we shall use their services again when we have our windows replaced.

Just had the last of our windows and front door replaced and finished to perfection. The windows and front door are of a very high spec and look fantastic very fitting with the house.Very tidy inside and out, no cleaning up needed. Fabulous job and excellent team of guys too. Austin, Marshal and Ted you were all great, thank you all for doing a super job . Highly recommend both team and company.

This is the 3rd time we have used Bluemanor, for downstairs Windows, Front door and now upstairs Windows, excellent sales service from Deo, excellent fitting service, with Austin and Anthony fitting the last 2, they arrived on time, explained the order of action, so I let them get on with it, very polite, very efficient, tidy and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend all to others.

Five star from start to finish. The communication was brilliant when keeping us up to date with order. Had a few snagging problems, once installed but were on it straight away. Everybody we came in contact with were very professional. Would definitely recommend. Quality of bifolds are better than expected and very happy with them

We have just had two new windows fitted with integral blinds. They look fantastic. The installation team were very friendly and very tidy. The whole process was very easy and the communication was excellent. Any queries were responded to incredibly fast. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I have been very impressed with Bluemanor. Thanks go to Connor who explained our options and was professional and courteous throughout. The fitters were excellent, friendly, hardworking and cleaned up nicely. My only criticism would be with the back office staff who seemed reluctant to deal with a minor issue that took a fitter 15 minutes to resolve. On the whole, a positive experience and would definitely recommend.

Outstanding company, efficient, great communications through every step of the process. Conner who is a very good “front of house guy”, the installation was smooth, efficient and exacting standards. The windows and patio doors were excellent quality. Nice touches like swatch colours and pictures of how it would look. Don’t go for the big companies go with Bluemanor a friendly family run company…would highly recommend

Just wanted to say Jimmy and Marshall carried out a brilliant job with the installation of my new front door and internal french doors recently. It was a pleasure to have them around, they were very clean and tidy and very little works to do to carry out any minor making good. As always, Bluemanor deliver on all counts! I have always used these guys for replacement windows and have finally had all the bedrooms done today! Austin and Anthony arrived on time (slightly earlier in fact! Good!) and were courteous, friendly and with no fuss fitted the four bedroom windows in 5 hours. From booking through to completion it's always without complications. Well done and thanks!

We've had a great experience from Bluemanor, Connor came to see us and he was really nice, and gave us space and time to make our decision on the composite front door we wanted. Yesterday we had Anthony and Austin over to fit our new front door, they covered the carpet and flooring, took away the old front door, and fitted the new frame and door, taking time to adjust the door for a perfect fit. The guys were really friendly and chatty, and tidied the bulk of the mess made, leaving us with a beautiful new font door. Fantastic job!

We had our windows and doors fitted with Bluemanor windows nearly 2 years ago, today we had a small issue with our bifold. I rang Bluemanor to see if they could give me any advice regarding the issue. Within half an hour of calling Austin was round working out the issue! He was absolutely brilliant, not only did he solve the issue but he was also great with my children and the dog! Could not fault the customer service- quick, friendly and professional! We will definitely be using Bluemanor in the future and recommending them to friends and family!

First class company. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly from point of sales, to the office staff, to the installation team. Anthony & Aston arrived bright and early at 7.30am and didn't stop working until they finished at 3pm! Excellent workmanship and very tidy. Super happy and would recommend to anyone.

Have used Bluemanor several times now and always impressed by the team! Shannon provided the quote and was very professional, she gave me great advice and invited me to the showroom to make my final decisions. She spent the time talking me through all the options and the benefits etc. Steve attended my home after I confirmed my order to verify all the details, he was really polite and thorough. He made sure I knew what I had ordered and talked me through the installation day. On the day my windows were fitted Ant and Austin arrived promptly, they were very professional and polite. They set to work protecting all the floors and surfaces in my home. Gave me an idea of how long it would take and cracked on. Two panes had been scratched during manufacturing and they quickly identified these and put a new order in for them to be replaced. Once finished they tided up and then showed me how all the window adjustments worked etc. Bluemanor were right on the case a few days later when the replacement panes came in, Ant and Austin installed these and were very friendly and got the job done! Can’t thank the team enough and would happily recommend Bluemanor to anyone!

This company have been truly excellent. From start to finish, the sales rep was not pushy, she just listened to what we wanted and advised when needed. The installation team informed me of dates and times of fitting and the fitting team were great. The price was very good indeed and their follow up calls and calls in between the process was very welcoming. I would truly recommend this company for your windows and doors.

Just had my windows and doors fitted by Bluemanor windows. They look amazing! Their service has been pretty much perfect (which is rare for me to say). Tanya who come to price up the job was very informative and super friendly throughout. The fitters, Anthony and Austin were really nice guys, and they have done a very good job. They went the extra mile, even filling in holes that were in my walls from where the old blinds had been (didn’t notice that till after they left, thanks guys) 10/10

Tanya was very good at helping us select the right windows for our cottage and the installation guys - mainly Anthony but also Kevin, John and Graham did a great job of fitting the 14 flush sash jointed windows and Aluminium french windows. We are very pleased with the results and looking forward to our conservatory being transformed by you in the next couple of months too. There were some delays due to suppliers which seems to be inevitable at the moment but we were kept informed of these. Overall I would strongly recommend Blue Manor Windows.

"Bluemanor surpassed my requests at every level! The conservatory that they installed was not a straightforward job due to the slope and the style we required. The result they achieved can only be described as a luxury sun room more than a conservatory. All aspects were completed by highly competent and friendly trades who cleaned up daily and completed ahead of schedule and at a great price. Cannot recommend enough."
