Ultra Installer Scheme - More Important than Ever Before
Over the last 6 weeks, four new members have been accepted onto the Ultra Installer Scheme, the industry’s elite accreditation Scheme, operated by Ultraframe. With installation companies having to fight harder for each sale than ever before, it is more important than ever that installation companies are equipped with tools such as independent accreditations, to allow them to compete on something other than price, and reassure consumers that their hard earned cash will be wisely spent by ordering a conservatory with them.
The Ultra Installer Scheme was established in 2003 and aims to give consumers peace of mind, by helping them to find a reputable and independently accredited company to fit their installer. Inspections are carried out on applicants and then throughout membership by the BBA, and cover everything from checking methods employed during the sales process, survey, installation and after sales. Samples of homeowner references are also checked to ensure that applicants have a strong track record of providing customer service excellence and both the BBA inspections and reference checks are maintained throughout membership to maintain the high standards of the Scheme.
Mark Hanson, Ultra Installer Scheme Manager, commented: “I would like to extend a warm welcome to our new Ultra Installers: Ace Window Systems of Port Talbot, Quality Window Systems (NW) Ltd of Freckleton, Niddal Windows & Conservatories of Knaresborough and Square Deals of York and hope they enjoy the many benefits of membership. Ultraframe continue to invest substantial amounts each month into generating consumer leads for our members and are receiving some positive stories about conversions, despite the tough economic conditions.”
Members receive leads that are generated through the Ultraframe website and call centre and also have their own page within the Ultraframe site. One of the recent new members commented: “The Ultra Installer Scheme provides us with a regular stream of leads and is great value at just £38 per month; we have recently converted two of the Ultra Installer leads. On one of the jobs our price was by far the highest of the quotes obtained by the customer, but the quality of the Ultraframe product, coupled with the reassurance of our Ultra Installer status meant that we still got the job. Without doubt, I am extremely pleased to be a member of a scheme providing quality sales leads and reassurance to homeowners at a time when the market is so tough.”
