Rooftec turns to Ultraframe

Rooftec, one of the longest established fabricators in Lancashire, has moved to fabricating Ultraframe’s market leading conservatory roofing systems. The company, which plans to rapidly grow its business and build a flawless reputation for quality products and customer service, has chosen Ultraframe as its ideal strategic partner.

Shaun Rosimus, Director at Rooftec said: “What we really needed was a company who we could work in partnership with to jointly develop a unique offering, supply quality products and provide us with an excellent level of service. Ultraframe is the only company that can help us achieve this competitive advantage. Ultraframe and its products are widely accepted as the best in the industry, and to put it simply, for Rooftec to continue to build its business we need to put our name to the most innovative conservatory roofing products available. All of our customers were delighted to hear that we have switched to fabricating Ultraframe products because Ultraframe roofs are the most fitter friendly on the market and come with the reassurance of excellent technical support.”

Shaun Rosimus explained that when companies ‘supermarket shop’ around for the best deal they lose concern for product quality. Shaun was quick to point out that supplying high quality conservatory roof products not only contributes to retaining a loyal customer base but is also is key to developing untapped opportunities within the market. Rooftec foresees increasing its production to over 65 roofs a week by using the Ultraframe system.

Shaun continued: “There is an increasing sector of the market who prefer glass roofs, particularly those which offer excellent thermal performance and we believe that this is one of the key factors in our future success. Ultraframe has recently launched the latest generation of high performance glass which combines exemplary solar control with true self cleaning properties. The silicone based gaskets and sealants used with other competitor roofing systems deactivate the self cleaning properties of the Pilkington self-cleaning glass so anyone wanting to experience the benefits of this specialist product needs to use an Ultraframe roofing system.

Shaun summarised: “Our affiliation with Ultraframe means that we can now offer the widest package of quality products and ancillaries on the market. We believe that the key to our future success is the capacity to fabricate more complex conservatory roof designs and provide our customers with more choice. Ultraframe is the perfect strategic partner for us. They have the knowledge, background and expertise to help us deliver high quality products to site whenever required.”

“Ultraframe has also offered us a clearer way of working. We are particularly impressed by Ultraframe’s cutting equipment which makes labour less intensive and more efficient. We also like Ultraframe’s easy to use software packages, such as the online ordering system Ultranet, which has helped us as a business to become more efficient, maximise order accuracy and improve our stock control.”

Nick Brown, Sales and Marketing Director at Ultraframe said: “We are delighted to welcome Rooftec on board and look forward to a long and successful business partnership with them.”
