Jardine Windows and Conservatories is on the coast of Lancashire just north of Blackpool and is a family owned and run company. They have been benefiting from the innovative and high performance Classic conservatory roof design from Ultraframe, offering their customers the very best designs in the current market.

Designed for excellence from the ground up, the Classic conservatory roof boasts a range of high quality aspects and features. This includes a design that has been BBA approved since 1996, as well as CE certified. With over a million of these conservatory roofs installed across the industry, they have proven themselves to be a fantastic choice.

This conservatory roof style offers a timeless aesthetic that will suit all property styles. It doesn’t matter if your home is modern, traditional, period, heritage or new build, you’ll be able to bring a new addition that seamlessly complements the aesthetic. This versatility allows you to find your ideal home improvement solution, easier.

Adrian has worked in the home improvement sector for over 30 years and commented:

“Jardine’s is performing strongly and we are busy despite the economic climate – we have recently used one of our internal show conservatories to display a local company’s high end kitchens. We have found that both the kitchen company and us have generated additional leads for each other, with Jardine particularly benefiting from Orangery extension enquiries”.

A Leading Conservatory Roof Design

To ensure a more comfortable home throughout the year, the Classic conservatory roof that Jardine Windows and Conservatories utilise has been intelligently engineered to reduce condensation and control temperature better than the nearest competitor. This means that any room in which they are installed can be enjoyed all year round.

This conservatory roof performance is made possible by a number of factors, including ventilated ridge and eaves beam, insulated box gutters, trickle vents and roof vents that can be fitted with contemporary rain sensors that automatically close the vent when rain is detected. All of these aspects are designed to maximises comfort.

This roof also achieves an impressive level of thermal efficiency, with optional extras including insulated pelmets for the eaves beam, super insulated columns for the corners and a central lighting panel. An increased level of heat retention could see you enjoying reduced heating bills, whilst you relax in your new living space all throughout the year.

Here is the Rest of the Story from Marco:

“We started to promote the new Classic Plus roof as soon as it was available. We saw the new glazing bar sections and immediately grasped what this opportunity was about. We always offer the consumer the chance – at point of sale – to pay a modest uplift to get Classic Plus instead of the standard roof. We explain to them that in the future – if they want or need ‘blinds’ the roof is pre-engineered ready.

"So far we have found a staggering 80% of our customers have paid the £200-400 upgrade cost. We have found that most of the customers who have bought a conservatory featuring the Classic Plus roof are wanting to wait 12 months, to see how their new room performs during a full 4 seasons – we are diarising follow up activity to our customers on the first birthday of the completion of their conservatory”.

A Customisable Conservatory Roof

The classic conservatory roof captures the largest choice of decorative finishes for a tidy and attractive roofline. It also offers a wide selection of bespoke colour options to match or contrast depending on your property style or personal tastes. This means that you’ll be able to find the perfect choice for your home quicker and easier.

Opt for a 1, 2 or 3 tier flat contemporary cornice, or a curved cornice if you would like a more decorative addition to your home. When choosing the classic conservatory roof from Jardine Windows and Conservatories, you can also select your cresting and finials which will be tailored to your tastes.

All of the colours that we offer can be specified to match the frames or contrasts in any colour that you opt for.
