Started in Saffron Walden in 1992, Paxtons Home Improvement Centre is a family owned and run company. Offering a wide range of home improvement products and services, Paxtons has built-up a much envied reputation for the design and construction of conservatories for the home, and larger installations for the commercial sector.
Customer care
Paxtons have worked with Ultraframe for almost 15 years and have always taken a lead in the development of new products and services, most recently being one of the first companies to be awarded Ultraframe Approved Installer Scheme status following a rigorous inspection of their conservatory division. Carried out by the BBA - the government approved British Board of Agrement - the inspection covered every aspect of a typical conservatory sale, including: sales techniques, product knowledge, design, installation, customer care, after-sales service and product guarantees.
Customer service
Paxtons pride themselves on the quality of the service that they offer, and to ensure complete customer satisfaction has a permanent after-sales team to sort out any niggling problems that might arise after the fitters have left.
