Ultraframe appoints new Head of Component Supply Chain

The leading designer and manufacturer of conservatory roofs, Ultraframe, has appointed Jason Middleton as Head of Component Supply Chain.

Jason has 14 years experience in identifying and delivering purchasing and supply chain improvements. During this time he has worked in key operational and strategic roles to deliver significant improvements in profit and manufacturing performance of organisations within the chemicals, packaging, automotive and construction sectors.

In his role at Ultraframe, Jason will apply his extensive experience to develop and implement a world-class supply chain to deliver operational efficiencies and support lean manufacturing activities.

Jason has an MSc in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management and is professionally qualified with the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. He is a qualified Lead Assessor and has worked as an associate of The Manufacturing Institute providing purchasing and supply chain expertise in support of the delivery of the DTI’s Manufacturing Advisory Service.
