Ultraframe appoints new Chief Executive

Ultraframe is delighted to announce two new Board appointments.

With effect from 5th March, Grahame Hall will assume responsibility as Chief Executive of Ultraframe Limited. Grahame was previously CEO of Heiton Plc, before the successful sale of Heiton to the Grafton Group during 2006.

In addition, Peter Abbott, formerly Managing Director of Spectus Systems Limited and Veka Plc, will join the Board in an advisory capacity, concentrating on customer development and service. Harvey Samson, the interim CEO, will join Latium as Group Commercial Director.
