The scheme was established in 2003. Over 100 installers have put themselves forward and the first installers are now passing through on to the register. Of the 7,000 installers in the market place, it is anticipated some 700 to be registered over the next 2-3 years i.e. 10% of the market to achieve the highest quality standard in that time.
