Ultraframe dedicates Accrington Factory to production of the new Uzone™ Elevation roof system

Ultraframe has dedicated over 66,000 sq ft of factory floor to the production of Uzone Elevation at their Accrington site. Manufacture of the most innovative lean-to roof ever has already begun.
Ian Ridgley, Operations Director at Ultraframe UK said: “We are delighted to announce a facility solely dedicated to the production of Uzone Elevation. The manufacturing process at Accrington has been finely tuned. The factory is extremely efficient and is geared to delivering the highest levels of service. At full capacity we can produce over 140 roofs a day.”
The streamlined production process ensures short lead times are guaranteed for the high quality, technologically advanced and fitter-friendly Uzone Elevation roofs. The manufacturing process is also flexible enough to deal with the bespoke production of made to measure roofs to meet installers’ own exacting specifications.
Ian continued: “We currently employ a core team of specialised and experienced production staff who have a real ‘can-do’ attitude. We are planning to rapidly increase the team as orders start to roll in.”
Uzone Elevation is the most significant addition to the innovative range of technologically advanced products in the growing Uzone family of roof systems.
The innovative new generation of lean-to roof will be available in two options - Uzone Elevation and Uzone Elevation Plus that features the unique hipped wings.
